Terms and Conditions for Dhanamitra Infotech LLP Services

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client (“You” or “Your”) and Dhanamitra Infotech LLP We governing Your use of our IT Services, Capital Market Training Module, and Training & Placement services. By engaging our services, You agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to avail our services.
• Modification of Terms: DM Infotech reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time.
• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

2. IT Services

• Scope of Services: DM Infotech provides IT solutions such as software development, website design, and IT consultancy services.
• Client Responsibilities: You must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful completion of our services.
• Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the agreed quotation, with a 50% advance required to initiate the project.

3. Capital Market Training Module

• Nature of Training: DM Infotech provides educational training on capital market strategies, including Nifty option trading.
• No Investment Guarantee: The training does not guarantee profits or financial gains.
• Fee Structure: Fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the course.

4. Training & Placement Services

• Placement Assistance: DM Infotech offers guidance for securing job placements but does not guarantee job placement.
• Service Fees: Placement fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

DM Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the specific service.

6. Force Majeure

DM Infotech shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, natural disasters, or technical failures.

7. Termination

• Termination by Client: You may terminate this agreement upon 30 days' written notice.
• Termination by DM Infotech: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if You breach these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations, or if necessary, referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Muzaffarnagar.
